Camppedia is an online marketplace for kids camps and activities. Our vision is to become the one stop shop for parents to discover, plan, and book their kids activities with amazing simplicity and ease.   

As founders, we are looking to build a passionate, analytically rigorous, and kind team.

Job Overview:

The objective of this position is to increase the provider base that sells kids activities through Camppedia and build strong enduring relationships with them. This position is not just about sales, it’s about shaping the experience and overall strategy for how we interact with service providers.

As a key member of the executive team you will also be expected to help shape the product, represent the company’s values externally and internally, and jump in to help outside your primary area of accountability. As we grow, you will help hire and develop a sales and customer success team and develop and implement growth strategies.


  • Shape an optimal pricing model
  • Develop a sales process / playbook
  • Sign up a significant number of camps by summer on a paid plan
  • Guide the experience design of the service provider side of the platform

Primary skills:

  • Consultative sales
  • Empathy interviewing, ability to discover & understand user needs (camp provider pain points)
  • Analytical skills
  • Self guided / inquisitive / can-do  attitude
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn business systems (CRM, analytics, etc.)

Houston local is highly preferred.


We are flexible – we can develop a compensation package based equity and or monetary compensation, commission, etc. We will be able to add a salary after successful fundraising or revenue growth. We would like someone with a minimum commitment of at least 20 hours a week, preferably more. We’re extremely flexible on working schedule and location.
